The Columbus HOPE (“Helping Other People ”) Tootsie Roll Drive will occur at Walmart in Laurens on Saturday, September 1, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the intellectually disadvantaged in Laurens County. The fundraiser is sponsored by the Rev. Vince Capodanno Council 15960 of the Knights of Columbus, serving Catholic churches in Laurens, Joanna Newberry.
